Back for a special fall engagement, Berkshire Theatre Festival presents Eleanor: Her Secret Journey. This moving play by Rhoda Lerman is the powerful story of First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt as she finds her way in the days following the death of her husband, President Franklin D. Roosevelt.
Eleanor is a one-woman tour-de-force performance by actress Elizabeth Norment. Ms. Norment, a star of Broadway, television, and film, embodies the strength of resilience of this former “First Lady of the World”. This show is directed by Stephen Temperley, a long-time veteran of the Berkshire Theatre Festival.
