About BerkshireLinks

Since the Looting of the Berkshire Museum, engineered by Joseph Thompson of MASS MoCA, abetted most disappointingly by James Taylor, but also by every organization, business, and individual involved with the fraudulent 1Berkshire, it is clear that, rather than a place where Art is respected and promoted, the Berkshires are a place of distraction for people with way more hollow dollars than common sense.

BerkshireLinks is a first generation website, descended from NewBerkshire.com, which was one of the first magazines created for the Internet when it was established early in 1997. We overestimated the general public’s commitment to common sense and personal dignity by thinking that the Internet would be a welcome alternative to woefully inadequate local and national media; social media proves us ever so wrong about the general public, alas.

Free promotion for arts in the Berkshires

For twenty years, we eagerly gave pro bono promotion for all the major museums, theatres, and performing arts venues in the Berkshires. From now on, we offer to do the same for artists and arts organizations outside the clutch of 1Berkshire.
