Christmas and the concommitant commercial holiday gifting season are recognized by some Berkshires towns and organizations with special events, such as:
- 21st annual Stockbridge Main Street at Christmas, Dec. 3 – featuring Caroling & Luminaria Walk, 6:00-7:00pm, Holiday Concert at the First Congregational Church, 7:30pm; Dec. 4 Stockbridge Main Street at Christmas Recreation of Norman Rockwell painting, 12Noon-2:00pm.
- Hancock Shaker Village sets up shop at Spice Dragon, 297 North St., Pittsfield on Saturday, December 3 and Sunday, December 4, noon to 7:00pm;
- Dec. 10 & 11 – 1st Annual Lenox Caroling Festival Weekend.
