The living room has a queen size pull out sofa. We have handicapped and hearing impaired suites in keeping with the American Disabilities Act. Other amenities include a television in the living room and bedroom with a DVD player, a full size ironing board and iron, in-room safe, microwave, coffee pot and a small refrigerator.
