In the midst of getting my head around some new Bob Dylan: fresh takes on 17 old songs performed at Mountain Park in Holyoke on Sept. 7 and the already ballyhooed Tempest, which arrived from Amazon the following Friday. How ’bout that Garrison Keillor, out of the gate with the first cover version of Duquesne Whistle, which he sang with Holly Jones last Saturday on A Prairie Home Companion.
